Delivery Times -

Please note that these times are an estimate only. Unfortunately shipping delay's may occur, we recommend choosing the Tracked Shipping option at checkout. We cannot take any responsibility for shipping delays after the items have been posted. 

Shipping Costs -

Australia:

• Express Post (estimated delivery 3-5 Business days): $12.95 (Free on orders over $50 AUD)

Packaging -
Your order will be packed in sealed product bags with the labelled size and gauge. It is important you DO NOT open the sealed bags until you are sure you have received the correct item. For hygiene reasons we CANNOT accept returns of items if the original packaging has been opened. Orders are also packed in a padded envelope to protect your items from damage in transit.

RETURN POLICY –

Damaged in transit or faulty items can be returned for a credit or exchange if returned within 14 days. Please contact us directly on Instagram @dejavubodyjewelleryy for a returns authorization and our return address; sending details of the fault, with a picture of the broken item.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not exchange or refund for wrong choice or change of mind. If an item has a manufacturers fault an exchange will be given. Manufacturers faults do not cover items which have been used outside the guidelines stated in the Jewellery Care section.

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection.
